Refunds


Our goal is to help you enjoy the best meditation experience possible. If you pay for a subscription but it is not activated, you can get a refund within 7 days from the date of your purchase. To get a refund, please email our customer support team at admin@awakens.in include your order number for query.


No Refund Policy

We do not give refunds for any purchases made through our app. All purchases are final and non-refundable, no matter what the reason is.


Cancelling Subscriptions


Even though we do not give refunds, you can cancel your subscription anytime you want. Cancelling will stop any future charges, and you will still have access to premium features until the end of the current subscription period.


Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime you want. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, go to your account settings in the app or email our customer support team at admin@awakens.in


Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled for auto subscriptions. You cannot get a refund, but your subscription will not renew automatically at the end of the subscription period.
